Sichuan Chafing Dish

The predecessor of Sichuan Charfing dish is Ox’s Stomach Hotpot, which originated from the area north of the Yangtze River in Chongqing. On the basis of the traditional chafing dish, the Chengdu people developed Sichuan hotpot, which has been well received by the people throughout the country. Now various kinds of hotpots have been created, such as two-flavor hotpot, three-flavor hotpot and four-flavor hotpot with red, clear or milk soup.
