Beijing Roast Duck
It is said that there are two things that you must do when visiting Beijing: One is to enjoy the roast duck and the other is to take a stroll on the Great Wall. Imperial Cuisine

Hua Jia Yi Yuan (Hua’s Restaurant)
Beijing Hua Jia Yi Yuan (Hua’s Restaurant) was established in 1998 and is located on Gui Street and is the longest serving restaurant on the street and is famous as one of the leading Beijing gourmet brands. There are a total of 15 branches located throughout Beijing and all branches cover 30,000 square meters. Family Li Imperial Cuisine
Family Li Imperial Cuisine was founded by Professor Li Shan Lin who is who was from a prestigious Manchurian family during the Qing Dynasty. Professor Li’s grandfather was a high-ranking official of the royal court and was responsible for the organizing of banquets. Growing up Professor Li was interested in Imperial Court Cuisine and opened the Family Li Imperial Cuisine in 1985.

Bai Jia Da Yuan
You can literally feast like the Emperors' of the Qing Dynasty at Beijing’s famous imperial cuisine restaurants.
